Anything can happen to your home at any time. That’s why you want your insurance to cover such eventualities. So see how Zurich Connect’s Buildings Cover stacks up:

• Your home can be insured up to a limit of £500,000.
• It covers the structure of your home, including any permanent fixtures and fittings like kitchen units and bathroom suites. On top of that, outbuildings, garages and summer houses are also included. It even extends to ornamental ponds, central heating fuel tanks, fences, gates, drives and paths.
• You’re insured against events including: fire, explosion, lightning, earthquakes, riots, vehicle collisions, storms, floods, subsidence and falling trees.
• We’ll pay up to £5,000 towards tracing a leak in your home.
• We’ll cover the cost of replacement locks if you should happen to lose your keys.

If something happens to your home (that you’re insured for) that means you can’t live in it, we will arrange alternative accommodation while it is being repaired. We’ll provide cover up to 20% of the sum insured
