Zurich Connect loyalty discounts

Subject to the Discount Scheme Terms and Conditions, there are 2 types of discount available to you as a Zurich Connect customer.  You will be entitled to use the savings you have accrued after your first year with Zurich Connect:

• Loyalty Discount – for every claims free year that you hold a policy with us you earn a 2% discount. This discount grows to a maximum of 10%* if you stay with us for 5 years.  Therefore you will receive a 2% discount in your first year, increasing to 4% in year 2, 6% in year 3, 8% in year 4 and 10% if you stay with us for 5 years or more.
• Multiple Product Discount – for every additional qualifying product you buy with Zurich Connect you earn a discount. Your 2nd product earns you 5%, your 3rd 7%, your 4th 9% and for 5 and more products its 10%.

And what’s more, your discount will be calculated as a percentage of your combined product premium e.g. if you have two qualifying products with Zurich Connect you’ll be eligible for a discount of 7% (5% multi product and 2% loyalty) off your total premium.

You chose how you spend your discount

On the 3rd day of each month we’ll update your savings in My Connect, so you’ll be able to keep track of how much discount you’ve built up on a monthly basis.  You must hold one policy with us for at least 1 year, then, you’ll be able to decide whether you want to continue to save your discount or whether you want to use it against a renewal or a new product.

Important Points:

• We calculate your discount on a daily basis and update the ‘My Discounts’ box within ‘My Connect’ on the third day of each month. You can see your discount growing every time you visit My Connect.
• You can’t use your discount until you have held a Zurich Connect policy of insurance for a full year
• Loyalty and bundling discounts are given in addition to any No Claims discount or promotional discount
• If you make 1 or 2 claims within a year you remain on the previous years loyalty discount level i.e. if you make a claim in year 1 then you stay at 2% at the end of the year in which you made your claim and will not rise to 4% during the next  policy year.
• If you make 3 or more claims within a year your loyalty discount will revert back to 2%.
• Participation in the Discount Scheme is subject at all times to the Terms and Conditions of the Zurich Connect Discount Scheme.
