Claiming with any insurer should be as effortless as possible. That’s why, with Zurich Connect, you can choose how you tell us about a new claim.

Additional insurance claims information

For replacing or repairing glass call (car and van policies):

If the glass in the windscreen, windows or sunroof is damaged, we will pay for its replacement minus the excess or repair including the repair of any resulting scratching of the surrounding bodywork.

When DAS have accepted your claim they will pay your legal costs.

Home legal protection cover

Since your legal protection cover is underwritten and administered by DAS Legal Expenses Insurance Company Limited you must call DAS directly to give them details of any claim as soon as possible and within 180 days of the insured incident happening.

You can telephone DAS on 0800 434 6497. DAS will be able to take details of your claim but they will not be able to confirm cover. DAS will pass the information you have given them to their specialist claims handling team, and explain what to do next. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls may be recorded.
