How can I pay for my insurance?

Currently we accept annual payment in full by Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro,  Solo or Electron for policies processed over the Internet. Alternatively, you can agree to pay monthly by Direct Debit whereupon Zurich Bank* will collect an initial deposit, equal to 2 monthly payments, by Credit or Debit card.  This will be followed by 10 further monthly payments by Direct Debit, commencing on your preferred collection date.

*Zurich Bank is regulated by the Financial Regulator

I've been trying for some time to access your quote site but have been unsuccessful. It must be down.

There are a number of factors which could affect access to the site. On many occasions it is the connection between the individual and their service provider. Should these problems occur then try reloading the site or contact your service provider for further guidance. If you are trying to access the site from your workplace or via a firewall this may affect your ability to connect.

Is it safe for me to put my personal credit and debit card details on the Web?

Zurich Connect recognises the need to protect customer information. With this in mind all personal and payment information is entered onto a secure server where it is encrypted. Payment information is also passed through a merchant services system for verification. The encryption prevents unauthorised users from decoding and reusing the details.

If I save a quotation,  I must input a username and password to access the quote again later. How does this work and what happens if I forget my password?

Each quotation is valid for 60 days from the date it is created unless any of the information you supplied us with has changed. This information includes the insurance start date you gave as part of your original quote.  After that time the quote will expire and you will need to re-input your details to get an up to date price. If you forget your password and enter your details incorrectly three times your account will be locked for your security.  To then access your account, please first check your e-mail (if we have a registered e-mail for you, we will have sent one to you) and reset your password.  If you have not registered an e-mail account with us, and you want to take up your quotation, you will need to ring customer services on 0845 603 4592.

I did a quotation yesterday but when I tried to access the quote today the system asked me for a password. What would this be?

In order to be able to access your quotation, you will have to have chosen the "SAVE" option on the quotation screen. If you did this, you will have been prompted to choose a memorable, but strong username and password.  If you have forgotten this information, please call customer services on 0845 603 4592.

I have entered a previously saved quotation but I am unable to progress as far as the payment section. Why is this?

If you are attempting to enter the site from your workplace, there may be a firewall installed which would disable your ability to enter the credit card payment section. Give our customer services a call on 0845 603 4592 and they will be able to help you.

I want to print out the home policy / premium page for my own records but there doesn't appear to be a print function. What can I do?

Try pressing your computers 'Ctrl' key and 'P' key together when you are on the premium page. If this still doesn't work check your computer handbook. If you've got Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, then a PDF version of the Home policy book is available in your personal area of Zurich Connect. To access this, please login to My Connect and click the view and print link.
